There are purchase requisitions that were created from a PTO sales order but inventory was not assigned from the PO but moved to sales order stock. The PR is therefore still active even though the order has been invoiced. There is a AFS correction report J_3AMBAC to correct this.

It was observed that for few materials purchase requisitions are showing againt closed sales orders in N tab of MRP. After analysis understand that these are generated against PTO orders. But stock is procured directly creating the purchase order not using PRs generated against sales orders. So these purchase requisitions are showing open. To close these purchase reqs advised client to run below correction reports.
1. BANF_OHNE_KDAUF
2. J_3AMBAC

New Era ran above said correction reports and cleared the purchase requisitions from N tab of MRP.
